Promoters

CSV Techno Services was started in 1999 by engineers, Sanjeev Agrawal and Vandana S Agrawal, and was eventually registered as a Private Limited Company under the Indian Companies Act, 1956, in 2005.

Our patron Late Mr. P.V. Rao, an eminent Engineer and consultant was associated with our company during its initial days and under his leadership we completed many assignments of Valuation, Lender’s Engineer, Chartered Engineering and Consultancy.


Platforms

All our platfor ms are fully automated with computer systems connected on LAN (local area networking) to ensure ease of data transfer, sharing of standard templates and common access to electronic libraries. Our offices are equipped with all modern means of communication such telephones, cellular phones, e-mail etc.

We use our own exclusively designed Software Applications for retail valuations, which facilitate our clients with reports at reduced TAT (Turn Around Time) and with highest level of security. We are still in the process of upgrading our Software to Version 2.0, where our clients can check the status and reports online.

Over the last 20 years we have been providing valuation/ technical appraisal services to reputed banks and financial institutions, some of which we have been empanelled with as long as 15 years.
